arikevin, you'll need a 50/1.8, the kit lens is totally fine to kick off photography. I'll see if I can bring anything out tomorrow.

It's kind of heavy and that's why I dropped it from my shopping list. Has gone for Tamron 28-200 XR which is half the weight and cheaper (but lacks the 24mm wide angle). Sigma has a compact macro version which is supposedly pretty good too and cheaper than the Tamron 28-200 XR.

Usually when stock arrives.. they will fulfil theif back order first.. and leave about 2-3 sets for walk in customers.. so if you want it.. you have to know when it comes in and be there as soon as the shop opens.
