Basic D70 System Setup?

I have Tamron SP 24-135 already, should I still get the 18-70DX lens? As the 24mm will become 36mm on D70. :dunno:

if you don't need it, I guess you could still purchase and sell it away. but I feel that the 18-70 has a better range than the 24-135.... maybe you could consider selling the 24-135 for something longer. the 18-70 could fill the wide angle ranges.

Thanks for you advice, mpenza! I think I still get the 18-70 for its price and wider focal range. For the 24-135, I really hesitate to sell if off. Maybe I keep it first for my film camera as the optical quality is very satisfying.
Anyway, I am in the queue already.

as for the 50 f1.8 i think noneed to test already. i will just go ahead buy liau.

Just a word of caution...think carefully before u buy. Ask yourself: What exactly do I want to shoot? Do I really need that particular range? Else you'd end up buying blindly and before you know it, its too late to regret.

"Buy what u need, and not what u want." An oft-repeated phrase but it rings true.

50mm 1.8 is a good choice tho. Great for portraiture and indoor shots. Not to mention cheap and light too.
