Bag??

Billinghams are quite expensive bro. Haha I haven't been able to overcome the mental price barrier.

Slowly but surely U will find out that by starting low, u will keep changing and in the end get the Billingham, might as well get over the mental barrier and buy it? :bsmilie:

kinda agree on this...start at low end then slowly buy-sell buy-sell, in total you spent more than getting the expensive one directly...

Just get one that u like... bags are really a personal thing.

Get either Billingham or Brady or ONA
All good, but as a Billingham user, i say it's best.

But where can u get one in SG? or is from Online shop?

Billingham quite a few shops selling. Go funan n peninsula.

I will not get it from funan nor peninsula..
Do a search on clubsnap and u will see a guy PK Chan..

Get it from him.. U will not regret it.. Good price and great service..

Can second this :) bought a Billingham Hadley a few years back and I can say this ... No matter what other bag u change to , u will always go back to a Billingham

I love my Lowepro Passport Sling 2. Doesnt look like a camera bag and can fit either little or a ton depending on what you want. Expandable.

Love it. It fills a swiss army knife role for me. And it's quite affordable. Bout $65 from Cathay.

Basket don't come spread your poison!

The Worancraft Scout bag is cool too!

Where can you get ONA bags locally?

Found the Timbuk2 Snoop Camera Messenger XS pretty nice & affordable for a GH3 setup.
Was initially concerned that XS might be too small, but I wanted something compact too (already have a larger messenger).
Fits GH3 + 12-35 mounted, 35-100, and a full sized speedlight (Metz 58 AF-2) comfortably.

Think Tank Retrospective 5/7 for me :D

Some wisdom to share :

"One man's bag is another man's thrashbag". That is the rule when it comes to selecting a bag.

"My wife has her Prada, LV, Hermes... I have my Billingham, LowePro, Kata...."

"There is a camera bag for every different occasion".

"The time when I stop buying camera bags is when they cremate all the bags I have ever bought in my lifetime with me during my funeral".

That said, go take a nice long walk at all the shops selling camera bags and pick a few that takes your fancy. There will never be one size fits all. (or occasions).

...And even if you take a look at the bag in the shop, look at it 20 more times before buying it, you can bring it home and dislike it after really using it for a week or so. That's life. :bsmilie: As long as you don't encounter that situation when it comes to wives. :bsmilie:
