Bad experience with SLR Revolution

The drivers could be missing from your PC / Laptop.

Why not try putting the card into another card reader / computer?
 

TS, i feel for you BUT u must also think at their point of view (SLRR).

1) It's more than 7 days....
2) u went for a overseas, europe, where travel insurance was even higher than the rest.
i mean, who knows what happen down there?
3) Most of us would prefer a 'BACKUP', so we learn from experience. Tink positively, if this thing dun happen, u would still be doing the same thing next time which is Dun backup.
4) Under this kind of risk, we 'ACCEPT' it, seriously. Or else other ppl from overseas will continue to know the Singapore folks as 'COMPLAIN KING'

Try your best to come up with a checklist before u buy anything more than SGD 200, i do.
print that out whenever u feel like making any purchase. It always require 'two hands to clap to make a sound', correct?

PS: i had bought my nissin Di866 from them. No issue at all. Ppl are friendly.
 

My card cannot read after few month so went down to vector with the damage card and receipt, they give me a new card. They told me if you buy card pls keep the packaging as you need it for exchange. Retail shop don't do exchange after a period of time.
 

Bought CF card 31 oct 2010, then used for overseas trip. once come back to spore
cant transfer file to computer. CF card faulty

i called SLR Revolution they cannot return, even cannot advice me where to back up my data. i remember when i bought memory card / CF card from cathay, ms color, challenger if have problem they can exchange.

please be careful next time when u bought there.

this is like saying that if i buy a camera from a camera shop, and there is problem, they have to walk down to the servicing centre for me.

SLR at Funan? erms i have purchase many items from them and before i buy them i go many times to see and test. For memory cards for the cameras i guess if you gone back the very next day and speak nicely, they would replace for you as its only a day old but to go overseas etc which no one can VERIFY if the card has been damage such as water spillage etc and to go back to them for replacement in which in their capacity is not fair and also if its sandisk then further more warranty replacement should not be them but the brands service center.
