Back drop Paper/Cloth type

Does anyone have any good lobang for paper or Cloth type back drop? I have checked with ruby, but the price is too steep for a hobbyist. Any good lobang please advise.

Go spotlight and get a nice big piece of cloth as your backdrop, can wash some more. cheap alternative.

Cloth backdrops are pretty expensive in singapore. Can try ebay for those 9 feet cloth backdrops, I think can find cheaper ones. As for paper, I think CP sells at $95, don't think its worth it to buy from overseas in this case due to shipping charges.

I did a simple studio setup with 3 borrowed 580ex a couple of months back, went to get cloth from arab street for plain white cloth, got a few cans of spray paint, 2 stands, 3 bamboo poles and 1 roll of nylon string... walla, the effect turned out to be pretty good.

Just spread the cloth in the sun and spray your colour on, wait for it to dry then crumple it a little. and your makeshift backdrop is ready for use!
Ps: u need abit of skill when u apply the spray paint...

Ps: u need abit of skill when u apply the spray paint...

spray paint is not a good way to go.. your cloth will last you for a while only before all the paint starts to flake away...

How wide are those cloth that you got from Arab St? Are they wide enough? :think:
