Seeking talented, energetic Assistant Producer to join our dynamic, (and super funny) production team at Asia Images Group, the premier photo agency in Asia. With four unique collections, we are growing rapidly and need just the right person to help us in our fast-paced, creative environment. Your job duties would include all aspects of the production process:
Pre-Production
-scouting and casting of models (keeping casting book)
-booking of models
-letting models know what to bring, time and location for shoot
-logistics, reccee, property releases, minor releases as necessary
-make budget sheets for overseas shoots
-work with Creative Director on art direction and shoot lists as needed
Production
-work with photographer, team and models to keep energy up and creative focus on set
-assist creative director on set with wardrobe, props and styling
-participate in all aspects of shoot from lighting to scouting locations to fixing makeup/props/hair
-have models sign releases (ensuring they are filled out in entirety)
-pay models (have them sign payment voucher)
Post-Production
-file model releases
-unpack props and wardrobe (keep prop closet organized)
-complete shoot expenses
-send out cds to models
