Assistant Needed - Challenging Shoot

I've a challenging assignment for Mon-Wed (29th Mar to 31st Mar).
Clients unfortunately are on a low budget so I can only ask if there are anybody who's willing to learn to assist in managing the computer while I shoot.

Basically I've 6 mins to shoot each person. There are 120 people in total. 6 mins will include shooting, selecting and DI work.. assistants will need to be familiar with Photoshop. There is also a few group shots, 120 poeple in total. Co-ordinating will be a challenge.

I can only cover basic transport & meals and an opportunity to share the experience of this challenging assignment.

How proficient will you need the assistant to be in photoshop? Any other further details that you can provide? Will be interested if the criteria is not too high.

willy, i should be ok to help with the mass group shots, as we spoke about earlier. lemme know what you need...

Basic knowledge of photography as well as knowing how to use the Photoshop clone &/or healing brush would help.

The selected assistant/s will be able to learn
1 - How to co-ordinate a 120 people shot
2 - How the Nikon Creative Lighting System can be used
3 - How to overcome/subdue harsh midday lighting for the group shot
4 - How a rapid production workflow goes (6 mins / pax including DI)
5 - How to induce expressions from your subjects (which are not models)
6 - How Nikon Capture works to immediately view & edit shots taken from the camera
7 - How to do a proper & fast DI
8 - How to salvage some 'impossible' complexion

Best if someone's available and can stay for the whole time, else I need to retrain, but otherwise I can probably take 2 persons. Please state what times you are able to make it.
