i'm ok with sagna and clichy at wingbacks... it's the 2 CBs that's always getting in each other's way.. and oh, gallas doesnt look as solid as b4. With no strength in depth for defence (i wont exactly consider senderos, djourou and hoyte as strengths), i wonder how to compete.. at least get in another reliable, tough and fast early 20s CB who can be groomed to take over gallas
fingers crossed that not a single one of the 1st choice defensive quartet gets injured..
and RANT of today: WTH is our defensive midfielder now that flamini is gone?!!!

its actually cold summer here. Its fun to watch everybody hurrying home after work to get prepared for the match, and last minute minimart shopping, could see lots of guys stocking up on beer.
And yeah...lots and lots of people in orange, and orange everywhere. Very nice :thumbsup:

i start to wonder why i ever bother to subscribe to starhub when i can only watch epl and still have to pay extra to watch the euros...think in next 2 yrs time may have to pay extra to watch world cup...:cry:

i paid to watch Euro but till date, not even caught a single minute on telly.. i heard early bird sign-ups pay $10.70... and last minute birds pay $5.35.. next time, i shall sign up just b4 the opening ceremony..

i caught news that arsene wenger is interested to buy the russian playmaker arshavin. possibly to replace alexander hleb! at 27 years old, arshavin is in his prime.. exciting stuff. defensive midfielder? yaya toure!

I guess I spoke too soon ... apparently the Adebayor Saga is far from over and if the ungrateful comments he made about his exaggerated worth (yes he had a good season but he only had ONE) and to demand much much higher wages, I think it's better to let him go ... he looks to me like another Anelka ...
