I have heard stories on how good honey as a medicinal products for our consumption and have recently started taking. I am not talking about those bottled type of processed honey that sells in NTUC, I am referring to those that comes with 'ratings' +10, +20 etc. Cost ranging from $50 to >$100 for a 500gm bottle.

I am interested to know if any bros/sis here have been taking them regulary for long period of time (say at least for > 1 year) and share if there good and bad stuffs about honey. I was talking to 1 of my workers a few months ago and he was telling me that his sons have never been to a doctor for the past 7 years..... I shot back "Bull S@#$!". He told me, "Try taking honey regularly"......... thats how it all started.

Lets hear...........

it is called manuka honey

UMF 10 - 20+

it really works with colds and mouth ulcers.

But really expensive.

No money, no honey

That book cannot make it already.

oh which beck?

skinny leaf blowing beck or skinny japanese bunch called beck.

Lately, I've been drinking honey green tea and honey coffee. I don't feel any more or less healthy. :)

Heard that a pure honey is good for health and even a diabetic patient can safely consume it.

Manuka honey is really expensive, for that kind of price I can get ginseng capsules. Now which is healthier?

that's the trouble with homoeopathic therapy. they tend to cost a lot more than conventional treatment.

I feel it is more important to be of good health first, before all these homoeopathic therapies are used to further enhance the quality of our life.
