April 2009 Pentax Outing - Suggestions & Registration

Haha! Seems some of us here haven't been to Ubin for eons.. me too, if it hadn't been for my students I had to accompany and babysit on a trip there a few years back.

There's more than one bumboat lah, so no problem for more than 12 of us to go.

It's about time I finally visit Pulau Ubin. Kept postponing it since I couldn't accompany my cycling friends.

Anyway, I'll probably be catching the sunrise at Changi, so if anyone wants to tag along, just PM/SMS me.

Shooting sunrise at Changi is a nice idea, but I have to get up before 5am if I want to reach there before 630

Venue: Pulau Ubin
Date: Saturday, 18th April 2009 morning
Meetup point: Changi Point Ferry Terminal (Changi Village)
Info: Meet-up at the ferry terminal (suggest 8.30am) to take the bumboat to Pulau Ubin.
Fare is $2.50 per person. Bumboat carries up to 12 passengers per trip.

i will be camping over at my friend's place at the east side tomorrow night, to borrow his spare DSLR and so i don't have to wake up so early.

so sorry, you'll have to find 2 more ppl for the cab ride.

gengh, too bad you can't make it for this outing.. lots of ppl at my workplace are falling ill with the flu bug, but i took a flu vaccine last month so i'm immune thus far.. get well soon!

I feel like taking taxi as if taking mrt and bus it will probably take 1 hour+ to reach ;p So what time shall we meet ?
