How about matilda House? It's jus outside punggol NEL station...

Actually large parts of punggol is undeveloped...if u like those nature shots. But kinda ulu if you ask me...need to be abit adventurous and get your feet wet.

that depends on what you wanna shot. Can try the 'no man land' next to the river, around anchorvale. I have also went to this ulu place that people seldom venture. its in fernvale area, near jalan kayu side. its next to those lrt station that is yet in operation. you need to climb up the slope or hill. its next to the TPE. can do macro.

there's a "sculpture park" between the compasspoint and compassvile LRT station. weekend evening quite lively. seems like a nice place to shoot, but I've not tried it yet.
