not so soon......need to get con rod too.....i check the top of my piston yesterday i saw black patches. is that norm?
the black patches is the soot...it helps to protect ur piston....do not clean it away....if ur engine still have the power then no need to change conrod...but if ur engine dun have much power then replace it.....

maybe u can try turbine/rocket fuel...... 10% on throttle and u see your car fly.... Venue for taking off will be at seletar air port. :bsmilie: :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Basically, bought all the stuff for my 1/10 on-road from her. Never gone to other shops. Not so convinent for me.
Wow you guys into RC too? That lady at Orchard plaza is Winnie i think. There are also a few other shops in orchard area, including 1 at the forum (can't remember name of shop) and Hobbylink at Far East Plaza. Used to play gas powered 1/10 (Serpent) but later changed to electric powered (XRay). Maybe some day we could meet up, but i dun stay at Bt Panjang, I stay at Sembawang. Happy RCing!

yes we guys into so called hardcore nitro RC heehee...
the forum is toycar i think....we only visit winnie and sam aka hobbylink....well we do have night bashing at sembawang....is at marsiling drive....so far we have once night bashing over there....come n join us if u keen to take some fast 1/8 on road and off roads....
most of the time we bashing on sat morning at ten mile junction....

Yeah, Sam's a nice guy. Been out with him once to thailand for a ep 1/10 touring race. Nowadays onroad 1/10 tone down liaoz, not much people playing. Most are into 1/8 buggies at the turf club now. I dun own any buggies, not a big fan of it yet. Only holding on to 1/10s now. Could meetup some day, either for burning some rubber or sipping some coffee. I'm fine with both
