I was hoping to capture the signature trees with nice deep blue sky and orange glow + mist in the horizon kind of shots you guys took in the last trip.
Too bad it was too cloudy but that also somehow offered some other interesting perspectives of it.
1. This is the only one I have with a clear layer of mist.
2. Got to make do with this blue version...for now.
3. These remind me of the walking trees in one of the Lord of the Ring.
4. I like the contrast between the clouds and the grass in this one.
Hopefully can go back there again in near future and get rewarded with the kind of scene I hope for...before the trees are cleared to make ways for other developments.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your great shots. Takes a lot of effort to get up early to shoot these, and I guess the "rewards" show for themselves.

Thanks - I found the location with the help of Kuantoh's post. He has kindly marked an X on the map here:
If you are taking bus 82 there (only bus), just drop at the first bus stop after the bus enters the forested areas. Walk in the direction in which the bus traveled and take the first right turn you see into another road (under construction). The trees/fields are right there. Please be advised that place is swarmed with mosquitoes but they are easily warded away with generous application of insect repellant

Hi Sabee, nice shots you got there! I like #3 with the mist adding to a mystical effect. Thanks to kuantoh for the location as well. Just like to share my pics and urge anyone thinking of shooting this loc to go soon before this place is gone (construction is just behind me as I'm taking these shots). Also be careful of 5 dogs here, I was chased by them :sweat:
