From wat i understand, the namelist is for planning purpose, even if u r not registered, u r able to go but seats are limited.

Just come earlier if you want seats. No one can stop you from entering since it's a public place..

Attendance will be taken .... those not in the list will only be allowed in maybe 5 mins before the start, provided there are still space ...

Please note that in the first post I have stated that registration is for the purpose of logistic arrangement.

Therefore entry is not restricted to those who have registered but anybody who comes, and we will have to close the door once the seating capacity is met, which is 100 seats and about 10-15 standing space.

The 112 names here can come and we will not stop anyone, unless the place is too full and contravene building fire safety code.
