Hey dude just wondering do you usually squat down in the middle of the street and shoot?

i stand either right in the middle or at the side of the street.
hardly squat unless i want to take a pic of a small kid to get to the proper height
Oic...I was thinking maybe squatting down would be better to achieve better depth of field. Since I'm quite tall, my camera is usually pointed downwards. Problematic when shooting at f/2.8 or bigger.:dunno:
ya, maybe u can try squatting down to a certain level and try from there.
the f2.8 should give u a good bokeh once u hit it straight on

24th is good, how did u do it?
it was taken in the afternoon under bright sunlight.
i waited (patiently) for the subject to come into the light source
and then, snap! the dark areas are shadows cast by the people around it

no live view at all.my left eye close until so tired hahahaha
usually they dont some but some do.:bsmilie:
like what dannysantos said " dont make eye contacts"
and they wont think that you are photographing them.
i must say they are many times i feel rather fearful when
i point the camera at them :sweat: just keep cool lor:sweatsm:
i must say that i've learned a lot (and still learning) from danny's website
and his interview on how he did the shots.
