i think sexpose him or not, its really up to the TS, but that said, he would have to bear with the consequences if its falsely reported by the 'model' or if its blown up, the 'model' who is the victim come after him for breach of trust.
caressing and adjusting are 2 different thing.. althought i do agree. there shall be no adjusting " touching" . and if there are other/s that can help . otherwise . the photographer will have to interve abit lah.. and after so many times that the model have try to adjust for themselves... sometimess
to each his/her own. as mattlock said, for him he will. but, i assume becos he works with a crew. so at least got people to back him up, in case the model cries foul. (sorry, jing, to use ur example. i not critising u, yah? dun get me wrong hor? :sweat: )
for me. i play safe. i rather the model adjust herself.
as for exposing the culprit online, i think TS has got a fair idea where CSers stand on this. personally, i rather TS and fren report to the police straightaway than to post online cos u'll never know the potential fallout. my 2 cents.

i've heard of this case before.
and i've seen forumer's images being leeched into a singaporean operated "porn" community.
iirc, that forumer's image which has been leeched is a active member here thou...
so i believe its either the OTHER community has spies here or OUR members are going there to show their images and contacts....
but in case those who want to know whose images are being leeched there, i guess you all will have to do the legwork because i came across the name when my colleague told me about it... since he is also a fellow cser.

To clarify further,
1st photographer:
* Done several photoshoots with him before
* Only recently over the MSN he asked my friend if she would like to meet up for another photoshoot. But this time allow him to touch her/hold waist... He'll pay more if she agrees
* My friend didn't agree to meet up with him
2nd photographer:
* Contacted my friend over friendster, and MSN
* Sent picture of his private over MSN
* Owns a friendster group (not sure of group name)
* Claim to have sex with some of his "models" before
* Because my friend is under 18 yrs old, he can't do it with her. Therefore he offered my friend to meet up n give him oral.

Making a police report is under consideration. Just as some of you have mentioned, if it isn't carefully handled, things may turn around and the rogue photographer may sue her for slander.

remember to save a log of the conversation, who knows when your friend might need it to help another innocent girl...
well, i think from what u have said, 1 sided, these 2 are really scums of the society... giving our group a bad name. esp the 2nd 1...

If she can substantiate what she says with evidence, there really isn't any fear of being sued.
