Look really interesting... no mechanical shutter... might means really really silent operation. Wonder if the sensor will be similar or the same as the GX7? Look like a winning formula here.

Should be able to operate at full silence ; sensor wise hmm ; I'm not sure yet.
To me, it's a novelty ; size prob similar to the Oly EPM's.
Little room for button adjustment of setting ; dont see a mode dial.

haha, but can wait la. I'm a Oly fanboy, not Pana fanboy. Weirdly, the media has been kinda quiet abt this camera though.
Will wait patiently for the release, heard its first part of Oct. Just curious abt it

Nice but the lens is not small enough that the whole package can be put into a jeans pocket.. I'm really leaning towards a lf1 or Rx100 or s120/110 for concerts and similar when ILCs won't be allowed.. The GM1 doesn't fit my criteria..
Looks good and interesting
way way better than the mock-up photo I posted. especially when it's rumored to be using the GX7 sensor from the URL and probably considerably cheaper with a new kit lens.
Just wondering where will this camera stand among the GF, GH and GX series
