Taken 2 months ago at a friend's house. Was unable to set to smaller aperture for total clarity due to insufficient light - thunderstrom was coming. Didn't use flash either just afraid would frighten them. Shot at ISO 1600 f2.8.

Yes no choice lah, that was the only position which able to view so called everything. I shot from right in front also but always got the back of the adult bird I was hiding behind a BIG cushion.

Yes, they are brothers and really get along very well. I heard that not every sibling cat able to get along well after they have grown up. You can check out this album if you are interested .

Yes, I was alone AGAIN. I didn't ask anyone to go with me since wasn't sure whether could make it. I reached Esplanade Promenade just in time to shoot the state flag flypass then I moved to Esplanade Bridge for the Black Knights. I think I can only do this during rehearsals and will concentrate on firework on actual day.

Firework really not much...I might be going again on next Saturday to shoot the Black Knights again. I wasn't satisfied with yesterday one. Are you going? Maybe we could meet

try to shoot firework as practice from now. On actual day you'll be able to get nice shoot.
Next month firework festival more chance to shoot.

I'll let you know if I can meet you this sat.
