During a visit at relative's house, my nephew was very curious about what game the other kid was playing and was staring at it even though he was holding to his mum's iPhone too!
Kids nowadays are so addicted to iPhone, wonder if that is good for them or not.:dunno:
Just for fun, I tried out taking food shots at home using my 300mm lens with extension tubes. Even at F5.6, the dof is shallow enough, managed to get close up shots with no cropping done. Yummy...looks like the upcoming photos for this month will be mainly on 'CNY' theme.
Continue with recent shots in Chinatown, the picture below is more of a snapshot when I saw this scene. I thought maybe I can make it a look a little more interesting from something which may seem unappealing and common. :dunno:
I was so busy with work this year and felt guilty for not preparing anything in time for my beloved. Oh well, took these two photos to try to fit into the vday theme.
Nothing interesting perhaps, but the thing that caught my attention was the lines formed by the pillars and the roof. Just that I might not have captured them well.
Shall start a long series of photos I took at a funfair, which is part of Hongbao River 2011. It's interesting to see different facial expressions of people playing the same thing.
Spent a whole afternoon trying to shoot using the slow af system of 500D and its slow buffering speed for raw files until I gave up and use small resolution settings.
This was the photo I liked 2nd best among the ones on the swings which seem acceptable. I like how this boy smiling as he swing up in the mid air as if he is swinging towards the sky.
To me, this is the best candid photo I have taken among the "swing" pictures. This person caught my attention because I heard someone screaming crazily during the ride and I was tracking down through my lens who this screamer was. Luckily I managed to get a clear photo of his/her facial expression.
