Park opposite Dunlop Street area; next to the canal. Rochor canal Road. Not CBD, rates 50 cents per 1/2 hour... Also don't need to enter CBD.

The reason why we can get good deals from MSColor is because they are located in a residential area where the rental is very much cheaper than CBD's.

Ya... but the prices aren't exactly the cheapest.... Maybe I don't know them.

I would think Funan's rental to be more than that of Sim Lim Square, but I could be wrong. If so then how would AP be able to keep prices competitive. Price difference at the Funan and SLS branches?
