u shoot in vivid mode on ur 40d and tweaked more levels in ps?

yes i do have a tendency to go for a bit contrasty images... glad u like it though
Some have expressed that they are a bit too contrasty for their liking and i am learning to tone down my itchy fingers and not go over the edge
but i say... most important is that the moment is captured right?

and contrary to ur assumption, I actually don't shoot in vivid mode. I shoot neutral or standard mode and den tweak in PS
coz i find it easier to increase contrast/vividness of a photo, den get rid of it afterwards
