Pls do advice me .. Thanks

advice? so vague

can only advice u to just buy.

Question too vague, put yourself in the reader's position. We do not know what you want to ask about.

There is an entire subsection for this type of cameras, check the Equipment Discussions. Please spend some time reading what has been written and be more specific in your question.
If you have a camera, why do you need a new one? What makes you selecting GF3? What confirmation do you need? Why would you listen to people you don't know when it comes to spending your money?
For neutral technical assessments of cameras you can start reading reviews. Google will show you tons of them ...

To TS you can actually search on the reviews for best value mirror-less system cameras and depending in your budget too.

G3 is a good camera system, it had a great selection of micro4/3 mount lenses offering from both Olympus and Panasonic (please also be very careful when you buy Olympus lenses, because Olympus lenses had basically 2 mounting type - one was for the classic 4/3 mount which is made for their DSLR and another was the m4/3 mount which was for their micro4/3 mirrorless interchangeable lens cameras). Also do take note that the G3 would not come with inbuilt image stabilizing system, and all Olympus m4/3 lenses do not have inbuilt image stabilization lenses.

Since you are already familiar with a Panasonic FZ100 and Panasonic user interface, I do not think the G3 will be too much different, so you should feel right at home with the G3. However, I think it might be quite difficult to find brand new G3 at this moment since the G5 is already out in the market (I think... not too sure on Panasonic system).

However, if you are keen, you can also check on Sony NEX system, Canon EOS-M system, Nikon 1 series, Pentax Q and Pentax K01, Olympus OM-D/ EPL5/ EP3, and other Panasonic offerings too. They are all excellent camera.

But for better advises, I would hope that you could furnish us with more information like budget, what you intent to shoot, etc. But everything still boils down to... you going to the store, pick up the shortlisted camera and play around with it for a while... just try not to hit the shutter button... be a bit more responsible because there are other customers who are very conscious on shutter count.

Thanks alot with your advice sir ... I've just purchase a G3 brand new kit with lens 14 to 42mm cost me for 560 + filter it's a gd catch and local warranty

No problem there. Join in some of the outing organised in this forum. You will meet up with great number of people who shared the same interest. And most of them are very friendly (in person) and will not hesitate to help you if you have any questions.

Cheers and enjoy yourself here.
