Wow, that's a a very comprehensive list. Thanks for the effort!
For primes, I had my eye on the P 20/1.7, mainly because it is small, and most reviews say it is sharp and fast. I'm surprised to see you saying it is slow and noisy? Is it that bad? Or just relative to the P.Leica 25/1.4?
I am also wondering if there's any benefit in getting the 14-42/14-45 kit lens. If I pair the P 20/1.7 with say the P PZ 45-175mm, it should be good enough to start with right?
It's slow in AF relatively to PL25. Noisy motor as it's an old design. 14-4X Kit lens are versatile, are you willing to trade this versatility for better IQ & compactness of the 20? You do lose alot of common focal length with your choice, but if you don't intend shoot wide angle landscapes or you shoot mostly tele focal lengths, then your combi works, again, really depends what your focal length would be. Otherwise a suggestion would be to buy both 14-4X + telezoom (I'm not so familiar with Pany zooms) and see which are the focal lengths you like and sell off what you don't need. Then buy the prime lens of your focal length. Just some thoughts.
