Thanks Tenelia, yes 9-18mm can be used for portraiture work.........it all depends on which end of the zoom is used. At the wide end (9mm)....I use it for creative and cartoonish kind of shot more like Japanese Anime. Whereas the tele end (18mm) ......I use it more for environmental/work portraiture kind. The in between are for general use.
