Sian, just dropped my D70. Was putting it on the table but didn't secure it properly. I think i hooked onto the dangling strap and crashed onto the hard floor. (maybe 0.8m height). Tamron 28-75's hood is shattered! ;( Hoya UV filter is scratched but glass is intact. Camera is fine though, can AF and flash properly. Body has no scratches at all....guess the lens took the brunt of it.
