Heard that the old Changi Hosp have security guard already. Can't shoot there.

Abandoned places are a nice place to shoot.
However, most of it are protected or private area. Would not want to be charge for trespassing. The offence carried a conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
Would be best to get a written approval from the owner first.

All buildings and places have an owner. Even if there is No Man Land, then the building is owned by SLA. Community Centre could have wrote to SLA for permission.
I'd suggest that the group considers doing your outing(s) discreetly.
On one hand, do consider what Ortega has posted.
On the other, do consider how your actions (by doing such outings so publicly) may impact.
Many places have been ruined not just by groups of shooters going there, but also by others, who may be lurking around these forums on the lookout for such locations. When you publish such locations, these "lurkers" will bring whatever models/monsters/setups to the place and in no time at all, another place lost to well-behaved majority.
Istana Woodnuek and Matilda House are just some of the painful examples of places sealed away or severely damaged. The former could have been quietly and happily visited by many more small discreet groups. Then one or two "kids" decide to show-off their knowledge of the place, and within a couple of months, its ravaged. Below are just some of the signs, found 3 days after a "model shoot" hit the place. And yes, they trashed that beautiful sofa and crumbled more of the already-burnt-down-stairs. Circa Mar 2007.
So, please think, for the sake of such places, before you go public on their locations.

doh, there are some places thats perfectly alright. unless a bunch up dudes are up to no good anywhere also cannot- even at home.
why is there such a negative impression/assumption? such comments are unfair as not all who go there are vandals of sorts. do other organisers of other forum (from CS's Outings & Gatherings) based gathering get such comments? are you or CSer going to personally monitor a group's movement, behaviour or social responsiblility.
do you have a way to rein in those who step out of line? if you have, do contribute. so it could be adopted for the good of all. any group going anywhere also will have an impact regardless. i hope no CSer will pick some out & turn a blind eye to other organisers.
as long as there are online forums, there will be "lurkers". even Buy&Sell forum has its fair share of black sheep. close it down? dun think so.
