Looks nice hope they wont do what they did to A77 employ cRAW or compressed RAW. I think those with A900 knows this option

CRAW was good. There was no noticeable difference to normal raw. And the other companies do the same thing.

Yeah based on the tech sheet cRAW should produce less noise that uncompressed raw but in the A77 case the raw file is really bad specially at higher ISO.

To me i hope sony didnt restrict A77 with cRAW but instead they have the same options as A900? Well maybe they'll have it with A99?

I don't think that's the fault of cRAW. It's just the 24mp sensor is not designed for high ISO. That's why I find the a77 to be a mismatched camera. Great features, great speed, but the sensor and buffer go against the grain. If the a77 had the excellent 16mp sensor and a 24-48 shot buffer instead, it would be 100 levels of kick-butt awesomesauce.

Good point bro! I agree also else Sony should came out with a better algorithm for A77 on its next fw update to have a much better raw file quality since technically the A77 raw file is cooked or processed heavily by A77 processor.

They did that to the A65 already and Gave us the A57... I'd love an A75 with the 16MP sensor and a deeper buffer.

Ive seen the review of new Nikon D3200 with 24Mp CMOS APSC sensor... the funny part is A77/A65 JPEG photos at high ISO looks cleaner but the RAW D3200 is much cleaner hehe...

Not quite. The A57 doesn't have the new dual PDAF system. The A57 is based on an old sensor.

Yes, but I'm talking about the clamor when the A65 came out how people wanted a 16MP version... and sony listened. I just wish they did the same with the A77 body too.

That was what I was talking about! An A77 with the new 16.1MP sensor with dual PDAF. Still possible. They could claim it has faster AF with more points and lower noise at high ISO.

Yeah, with some sony secrets. Looks like there are connector ports in the front section for new uber-geek plug in accessories (like pro audio I/O, etc) but you can now easily use pocketwizards, etc.
