A6000

Sony logic is AF faster than your touch lor why must hv touch screen.

Touch screen is good when you want to focus on the targeted area. If you notice, SONY only have touch screen on cameras without EVF. Because the display is the only thing you will see. With both EVF and Display, sony thinks that touch screen isn't that important. Diff company diff marketing plan.

Touch screen is a plus, NOT A MUST.

for those who is wondering if nex5, 6, 7 's screen protector can fit A6000.?

Answer is yes. But u need stick it upside down, due to the black bar of A6000 is opposite side of the previous nex series.

Ask EM1 user do they use touch screen frequently ?
Yes I do. To swipe each photo on camera itself for viewing and zooming. And also touch screen to focus on different subjects which I always do that. To make it short, touchscreen is a must for me.

Thats why you are using OMD and not alpha what.

Alamak...let's not battle it out bro. We are just surprised that A6000 does not have touchscreen as touchscreen is just "in". Actually I am impressed with A6000's faster AF but still lacks of touchscreen function.
Ok no more fighting it over small matter and dampen your mood of playing with your new camera.
Just enjoy your new toy bro.

Bo la... u get it wrong.. i mean no harm. Because everyone have their own preference when coming to cameras, no right, no wrong one. Just that Sony doesn't feel that touchscreen is needed, that's all. OMD, Alpha, Lumix... got touch no touch also good one. :D

Ok I respect that.

Who got A-mount lens and the LA-EA4 adapter to test the FPS of the A6000? Will it be able to handle the FPS from A6000?

Any good app (free/paid) to recommend ? Not quite used to this "download app as camera function" idea.
First time Sony user so pardon me. :embrass:

I have a few apps on my a7. Good thing is that it allows the app to be install on 5 devices.. The ones I had are lens correction, time lapse..

Timelapse seem not bad. But more for video users.
Lens correction able to correct for raw files? Or only jpg? And seems like still have to do manually inside cam which I rather not.

You never know bro. Tomorrow technology today is still unpredictable lah.
It's not and you can be assured next year's A6000 successor won't have a touch screen. Good luck waiting. ;)

My F20M flash not working on the A6000. Anyone else got this issue as well?

Just tried, working fine for me.

Check if there are power in your flash? I just insert in and the flash icon appear.
