A55 availability status

Hmm..I also curious about this because I read from a thread that CPL filter helps eliminate reflection and flare?

That means if we use CPL, we can shoot through the windows of a bus or at the things inside a window display without incurring reflections in our pics? Is there any trade-off? Sorry if my question sounds noob coz I never use CPL before.:embrass:

CPL filter light. it can help reduce/remove reflection on glass but the trade off is that it also limit the amount of light came through. so probably you wouldn't want to have it on all time.

...

Qn: do you guys use the UV filter more or the CPL filter more? thinking of getting one CPL filter since will be using it, any recommendation?

I use UV filter to protect my lens.. i leave on it and never take it out..

maybe i should refine my sentence haha

i already have a UV filter for my len, was thinking of getting a CPL filter as well.
since i am going for overseas trip, and wanted to take pictures when i am traveling :bsmilie:
so yes there will be shooting behind windows, landscape, water scenery, etc.

but CPL does have several issues, that's why i asked the qn of using UV or CPL more.
e.g auto focusing issues, drop in stops,
if using cheap CPL, might have problem removing, distortion, and even image degradation

:edit:
some ppl talked about stacking filters.. how is that possible? current uv filter is screwed on.
any one tried the jyc cpl filter? and review or comments?
