$200-$250 is kinda alot. Honestly, as an album designer...it takes about 3-4 hours to do an album. I wouldn't expect $250 for 3 hours of my time. And the time is less without retouching the images. For me....I would look for cheaper designers. I wouldn't charge that much for the economy. $150 for a 40 page is what the average designer should expect from you.
