Errrm...anyone know how to shoot without so much shadows on the model's face at this kind of events?

Mind to share what had been done? I quite like the effect.
Using filter like Noise-Ninja?

Hmm.. I adjusted the normal stuffs: white balance, exposure, contrast, sharpness...

Good guess on the noise filter, was using Neat Image with default settings instead of Noise Ninja though..
