Yeah gotta agree on that! I was really working on a tight space cos i literally stretched my arm all the way infront. What to do.. 50mm too telephoto already.. haha :bsmilie:

thanks! hmmm settings ahh... i first exposed the bokeh part.. It's 1/15s f1.8 i think... then i bounced my flash at 1/16 or 1/32 power (try and error) can't remember :dunno: on the wall at the camera's left. Mainly all try and error until i got the exposure i liked. :)

Wow, stunning effect. I really love this shot. So cleverly done!

What is the f-stop btw? I tried taking a pic with the lowest f-stop possible and I can't get this bokeh effect leh >.<

very creative!!
Perhaps just a abit more crop off the top of the pic would do better for me .. =)

I'll have two cups of bokeh please....Very cool shot!! I simply love bokeh!!

Cheers

suggest to TS: go shoot more like this for the "perfect shot"!

i love bokeh too. i feel itchy to try the same thing as well

maybe next thing is "eating bokeh" :bsmilie:

Hahah, thanks guys for you comments! Yup, i sure hope this could have been framed better. Maybe we should even try coming up with a Bokeh Buffet thread.. :bsmilie:

KOOL! i like this concept.
by the way... did u notice the circles have a notch on the right? is it due to the christmas lights or due to the aperture of the lens?

thumbs up. very original work.

Yeah.. not too sure though.. i think it's most probably due to the aperture of the lens :o

thumbs up. very original work.

haha tat's cool.... my only qualm is the red spot of semi circle light on the left i would PS it out... it's kinda distracting.
