Location: Indoor Studio equipped with commercial studio flash.

Theme: Bikini outfit (Hi and Low Key lighting per hour)

Time: 1000 to 1200hrs OR 1300 - 1500hrs

Photographer Ratio: Min 5:1 to start, Max 7:1.

Rate: $120

Refreshments will be provided

Do you have permission then, from the agency to post these pictures?

Your response is just as bad as those "credits to photographer" credits. Putting such garbage down is like no credits at all. No credit means you posted the pictures without permission. Actually, simply putting the credit down is in itself insufficient to demonstrate that you have received permission to post. At the very least, mention the photographer and that you have received permission to post.
