I dunnoe what sort of budget should I expect. How much is a decent set and how much is the cheapest set?
. ear plug, not ear phones, best if it comes wif 3.5mm female. so can use my existing earplugs
. noise cancelling with built in amps, as small and sleek as possible. (tink it should run on AA or AAA batts)
