wah really dinosuar... my PIII threw to gf house liao.
I leave my P4 2G at old house but need to get new HDD s it kaput liao.
New house I got a Core 2 Dual  setup whole thing new from scratch.

Garion, you can just choose the parts from a shop then get them to assemble FOC for you.
That time I no time to wait for them to assemble... so bring home assemble myself, I no experience.... took more than 2hrs to get it right :embrass:

They budget mar... then there's the DVD writer...

Also with current systems - 400W will not cut it if you decide to add more HDD in future. You'll need at least 600W >

And please ... do not use funny PSUs eg. iCute or other weird brands. I don't really recommend FSP either. Using 1 on my dad's PC, starting to give problems already.

Motherboard - Gigabyte P965-DS4
HDD: 320GB Hitachi (seagate has nightmare RMA issues which i just learnt about)
RAM 1 GB - Still reommend using GEIL (kingstong nowadays not that reliable)
Graphics 7600 - Asus / XVision $199 / Leadtek - $208
PSU: Seasonic / Silverstone (the rest don't touch)
Monitor - Samsung (due to pixel policy)
DVDRW+DVDROM - separate them unless you want it to die fast

Aiya didnt tell me that time if add more HDD 430W cannot support. I think mine is 480W.
Even thinking adding a DVD combo drive & 6mths later a 250G HDD for backup.

wats FSP?
