And here... haha... our table was exciting because LowLights was so powerful that the glass on the table
below his left elbow suddenly emitted a loud CRACK and it actually cracked right across the corner.
After that incidence, my respect for LowLight's power  and I dare not chok-chok him too much already.
Kernik and FreeEasy and SereneXMM all know. Because they were all at the same table too!

GPS TRACK OF OUR TOUR OF MANDALAY[/B]
Some of our team members have asked me during the trip what can my Garmin Oregon 450 GPS do.
Well, what I like about it is it allows me to track exactly the point where we were at any one time. And often times, I don't know where but when I am back I can always look up Google Earth to check out where we are.
Here we can all see the few Waypoints - restaurants, hotels, sights, road-side-stop, Sagaing Hill, etc etc. where they are with respect to each other.
I makes the trip so much more meaningful.
At least it does to me.
Not to mention that I Geotag every single one of my photos every night when I am back in the hotel and sync my GPS with my laptop...

Just for the fun of it, I identified the exact coordinates for the Cave of the 30 Buddhas at Sagaing Hill and map it to my Google Earth.
Here is the satellite view. The insert is an enlarged view of the exact temple we were at.
Looks so much more interesting now that we see the whole temple this way... from the top.
It becomes easier for us to relate what we have seen on the ground with this satellite view.

Your GPS tracking and your travelogue is fantastic. The location on google adds another dimension to my travel knowing where I have been. Honestly I will pay and buy this off the shelf. No bs.

This very gentle monk was really fantastic.
No temper. No signs of irritation. And he sat and stood in the hot sun for a reeeeaaaallly long time to allow us to photograph him.
Until he really couldn't tahan any more and he finally moved in.
Of course we willingly donated to him and the temple for his effort.

Ok. Ladies and Gentlemen... before we move on to the final sight of the day, the famous U Bein Bridge, let me just rest the pen a while.
For now everyone, please continue to post your photos here...

Wah lau! That's poison!! :bigeyes::sweat::sweatsm:
:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Now I'm reading ur thread on comparison of R72 & ELP...

After this Part 2 (& Part 1) threads, I won't look at things again the same when I go back Myanmar...

A girl at Nyang U market. This was taken the first time I saw her by her family's stall. I thought I would try again when I returned. But she was intimidated by my big gun the second time and didn't cooperate.

I like this picture a lot. Nice and clean. Backlit but nicely exposed on a beautiful subject.

At the highest point of the cave of the thirty Buddhas, we all suddenly looked into chubbykei's eyes and started shooting.....

This one speaks my language!
Very natural and very spontaneous. Especially like the expression of the lady on the left side.

Siblings in the Nyang U market.

Washing up in the Irrawaddy River

My rendition of our early Bagan morning. Since I couldn't pp a good sunrise, a b/w version
5384224485_ca7f25ef5c_z.jpg

Very natural pose by the siblings! Especially the way the boy eats that apple.
And the Bagan black and white with the balloons in the background has a certain mood!

You and I we were shooting the same scene.
But yours turned out so well!
You have remarkable eyes.

Ahahaha... it's my fault!
It's my fault!

I believe you.
It's too good already liao.
Good to have it sometimes to know exactly where we are with that particular photo.
Many times in cities it is not that bad because we have landmarks.
But when out in the open or somewhere in the wilderness, that is when it becomes useful.
You know that what... that is why you and I are (if I am not wrong) the only two fellows in the team with GPS's.

Oh ok! 10Q! Looks like I've been struck by a IR BBB virus , time to buy a cheaper Canon 1.6x n mod / buy a mod camera! :sweatsm:

Hahaha... it's time to indulge, larlarloo.

I like how the colours turn out so clean/pure and the crystal clear sparkles in the eyes, not to mention the natural expression
