7D Mark II

Actually the main thing I'm looking out for is better noise control in high ISOs. Its hard to fault the current 7D on all other aspects in terms of practical shooting, including sports.

On the low resale value of the 7D - that's just life of a digital product. But having said that just because its old and outdated mean it doesn't have the potential and capabilities to make good images. In fact if one were astute the 7D is the best bargain for a pro-level APS-C.

woah there are so many people dumping 7D in the BnS now..... kinda sad why body can't fetch higher resale value. Good cam body sometimes can cost as cheap as a prosumer model.

I guess the market is rather quiet now. Maybe not many are expecting big bonuses compared to a year ago.

Those planning to upgrade may be better off selling now than after the model is launched. Theres some up for sale at around $1000 but seem to have no takers. Those priced at above $1000+, perhaps its even better to top up abit more for a 5Dii if the higher fps is not a necessity.
