the flash comes together with an external battery pack CP-E3, bracket to have off camera mount, plus a wireless transmitter.

Speedite 580EX alone is about USD480, CP-E3 is about USD220 according to

Too high a price to pay for a flash unit. I think I'll go for a 550EX. Anyway, not much difference for my 10D if I get the 580EX.

Where you get your info? Just called CP.....they know nothing about delivery date.

She told me to call the retailers tomorrow actually. maybe wait for another day?

maybe logistics lagging. hehe.

As I have said before...steady cash for Canon. Must buy 20D....then need new grip...old grip no good.....need new flash.....old flash no good...wah, need new lens also...soon bankrupt and eating mama noodles 3 times a day .
