Next time I’m going to say “Helping my grandfather sell."

If it's a local warranty set how come he can sell it already when it's not even on sale yet? Maybe his "friend" doesn't want it traced back to him.

They seem to do this a lot when new models are released. maybe they are just smart, stoking the fires of customer demand and putting people in the frame oF mind where they are so happy to get the thing finally that they are prepared to pay a few hundred dollars more than other places.

really offended here. I really helping my friend selling it and she got it from Canon. On how she got it, i don't want to reveal so much. But if you're buying it, i'm sure she will tell you how she got it. Otherwise, why so wishy washy telling everybody how to get it.
Conclusion, if you buy = will tell you how she gotten it . If you don't have the intention to buy it, please... please... no harsh comment.

btw, the number listed in the BNS is her mobile number, not mine. You can talk to her all you want. Helping her to sell cause she doesn't have clubsnap account and she found it troublesome creating one just to sell the item.

I am the one who first started questioning the "selling for my friend" line. Apologies from me as well. Perhaps you can change the line to read: "Call original seller directly at xxxx-xxxx for details."

You will silent a lot of cynics this way.
