I'm the last guy to post.

Very strange, all max. zoom photos taken by my 55-250 in the morning are blur (donno is it my camera fault?), but seem like all macros taken are okay leh.

The round bokeh. If only the shadow of the dragonfly is lighter. But overall, nice photos and I will choose this if you want to submit for the SBWR photo competition. :)

Overall, very good shots with your setup.

Maybe for the Tree Crab, I would prefer having a tissue to cover the pop up flash to diffuse the direct flash so that the shadow will not be so sharp and prominent, as well as reducing a great number of hotspot areas for harsh flash lighting.

Noted! Maybe it's time to make/get a diffuser of some sort.

Nice!

Hey Ryan, your Heron shot looks very much like a painting with the white reflection on water!

Thanks!

I agree on Ryan's heron shot; looks like some chinese painting again. Really nice :)

Really nice shots Raylen.

Thanks !

shadow cannot help , natural sun light. I just think that the dragon fly is not sharp enough in the pic. competition? u must be kidding, I think it is far from from that standard.

No harm entering it anyway.

It's free to enter. :)

Vin,

You have very good captures, especially the red dragonfly! :)

In the end, did you go to CSC to check your camera?

hi Joe,

I did a test on my camera & 18-55 & 55-250 lenses, shooting from my apartment to opp. block & some macro, they look fine, especially the macro shots. a bit weird:dunno::dunno: I need to find some time to test again, may be to shoot some 'obvious' object. before i go to CSC, i ned to make sure what wrong with the camera.

thkz.
