My mum brought it to Canon for me (I was a bit too busy to go there myself).
She just called me and told me that just for a quote to get it fixed, it's $50, and the maximum cost of the repair is $250.
I'm thinking that I should just bring it to Canon Singapore to get it done. It should take roughly about a week right? Any experience with it taking a very very very long time, months perhaps? for example, if they are really really busy? I'm coming to Singapore in November for my sisters wedding. Maybe I should buy buy buy another body for the timebeing, and then get repaired in Singapore, or something something something
*decisions* ah!
