30 Paparazzi Photographers needed

I need 30 paparazzi photographers for an event on the 23 of August from 6pm-7pm outside ION.
Payout is $50. No need to submit images.

So what constitutes a paparazzi photographer? Must have big high end camera + flash + telephoto lens + photo vest? Or anybody with a dSLR would do?
