I'm smacked in the midst of examinations right now, and am quite tied-up with errands to be done over these few days too, so I found Miao Laan's a bit too out-of-the-way for me :sweat:

Grace is at Sunset Way. I went there at 6:30pm and it was closed.

are composite photos allowed? (i'm not sure if this is the correct term, but what i did was took multiple images and merged into 1 image) would this be considered as "distorting the reality of the image"?

I think what you mean is HDR? I'm not really too sure about that. But i went against sending in a HDR shot. I rather not take the risk. Cause the original and the HDR is far too different.

nope, its actually not hdr. as in the composition of all 3 shots were different (location everything the same, just that the position where the person standing is different for all 3), then i merged into 1 pic (so i had 3 people in the photo eventually)

I won't know how the picture look. But if the original and touched up is more or less the same looking, then i think it can be used. But what i would say is what will happen if they ask you to send in the original image. Will they accept the 3 images? :dunno:

Thats why i went against hdr. + original and the hdr one really very different looking.

I did layering selective desaturation for one of my shots. :sweat:
Hmm reminds me of that guy who took a pic of himself with only nostrils and lips. :think:

Wooohooo just got my pictures freshly printed out today gonna mount it on soon once i turn off the air con and so it does not warP it's my 1st comp i think i will take it as for experience.

just decided to dig up old shots to try for the compy. doubt i'll win anything, esp since i havent been shooting lately n my old shots are :thumbsd:...

did an express printout at colour lab today.. shall try to do the mounting tml... :embrass:

Phewww! i've finally sent for printing [great colours done from Miao Lann!! will come back to send more prints!!:thumbsup:] , and im also DONE with mounting!
THis will be my first competition as well... :lovegrin:
