If you have a way to ship items from US to Singapore, then I would recommend another site www.buy.com. They usually have better price than Amazon, don't charge tax, and many items are free shipping within the US.

Also, if you visit www.techbargains.com, you can always find some discount coupon for www.buy.com, usually about 7~8% discount.

So the Sandisk Ultra II 1GB is selling for US$95.99 on www.buy.com (http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10354253&loc=101&sp=1). I think they have a 10% coupon now from techbargains, so you can get his CF for US$86.40.

the person who recieve and repackage your goods will decide if he want to charge be weight, by size or by value, so all depends on your luck. Rather bad service from them IMO, but it is still cheapest way to order stuff from US

Yes vpost charge whichever is higher, so if you buy a filter and put it in a big carton be prepared to pay because they will charge you by the volumn of the carton and not the weight of the filter and that will cost you.
