Anyone bought SanDisk CF card Extreme III 8GB from best bargain before?
Is it 2008 edition (transfer rate 30MB/s) or older edition (20MB/s?)? It can be identified by having "30MB/s" written on the label of the CF card.

Wanted to buy, but always no stock for capacity at least 8GB. Whoever knows the stock have arrived, pls update here.

Saw A-Data CF cards sold at 4th&5th floor @ ridiculous price yesterday. 4gb=48sgd, 8gb=68sgd 16gb-116sgd, 32gb=220sgd that's like half the market price. How reliable are the cards? no idea, couldn't resist and bought a 4gb one.

Tat one is the A-Data Speedy CF range of cards. Unlike the name 'speedy' suggests... it is not that speedy at all. It is a 40x speed card. It is for those that needs capacity over speed.

Who is the agent? Got problem when I brought one during the last IT Show. I have to do recovery at least twice. Claim to have lifetime warranty....

What does "lifetime" mean here? CF cards and the used memory technology have a limitation in write cycles. Although quite high (up to 1,000,000 according Wikipedia) there is known technological limit which contradicts the (marketing?) claim.
