And as I said in that previous post of mine, "in fact the TS has another thread with pics taken by the 200/2 that aren't all that bad and that I haven't poked fun at or thought about."

But I'm guessing that got totally lost.

same here, i looked up the EXIF and yes it shows 50D

After so many pages and blah blah still no decent photo from this setup posted.

I had seen some other 1Dmk4 photos from my friend and the AF tracking is solid. There was also another posting showing some videos created using the mk4. Amazing I would say but is it totally due to the camera or the man behind the camera?

Till now I dunno whats the purpose of this thread. I feel its just like a cat saying "finally a tuna on a brand new silver plate". I bet the tuna gonna taste the same anyway.

Why when I first saw this thread I do not feel angry or envious? Dunno why some people act the way they do too. I congrates TS for his purchase and hope to see more photo from his fantastic setup. In the way some people make their comments, if I have the money to buy a Mk4 I will keep my big mouth shut and quietly shoot away.

Some people would think it is the person behind the camera but I beg to differ. It is a combination of both. Try bringing a low ISO capable camera and one of those variable aperture lens to a indoor sport stadium and taking some good quality fast action sporting action.
