Its the 'MAN" alright and luving his Canon vest. Not sure abt the lens. I was too engrossed twiddling with manual mode.

Don't worry.. We're all learning.. Got some of us who're quite familiar with M-mode.. When you have some guidance, you can grasp the concept faster.. And when you grasp the M-mode, you might not want to shoot in any other, unless situation calls for it..

And it'd be better to learn in a grp where everyone can share opinions, tips etc.. There's only so much you can learn from manuals, online readings etc..

Like Chief says, "Knowledge without application is just information".. We're all here to help each other out.. We learn from each other, not laugh at each other.. So do join us.. Its fun!

bro axis, i suggest u start playing with <p> mode first. read more books and understand the fundamentals.
