both the nikon and the sigma will be able to autofocus on any body, including yours. for the tokina, you need a D90 or above. it will still function with full metering, but you will need to manual focus.

seezhijie and Catchlights has it spot on(sorry bad pun). Try shooting at the clear sky with your lens turned to the smallest aperture (usually f/22, but varies according to your lenses). If spots appear, your sensor is dirty.
