Just to update I have sent the camera down to the service centre and check. They said that it is normal. They have taken out an old F30 and let me try on it. Yes, it also has the same symptoms. Thanks for all the inputs and reassurances.

Thx. I have not enable it. It only started to make noise last night. Before that is perfectly ok. Don't recall I have change any of the setting. Just want to confirm before I send it down to service.
