F31d vs F30 - Is it worth the wait

hi i am new, i just want to know if F31fd comes with optical image stabilizer or not? i check some websites says it has and some websites says it does not.

Can the image be blur when we shot at high ISO low light condition if it does not have optical image stabilizer?

it doesn't.

and no.

if the high iso allows you to use a high shutter speed, the resultant image won't be blurred.

It does not have optical image stabilizer, it will try to increase the ISO and shutter speed to avoid handshake.

Understand that Fujiflim has 2 years warranty for their cam. How to i get the 2 years for their f31?

Just got my F31fd at $599 from mscolor, incl. gst + 1g xD + case + mini tripod + extra oem batt + a free lcd screen protector (package mention by armadillo earlier).

Have asked their staff to put on the lcd screen protector for me.

Got to commend the service provide by Florence.
She is having her lunch when I was there.
Her staff ask me to excuse her and he will serve me on her behalf.
After which she serve me a cup of water and greet me.

Just a big :thumbsup: for their SERVICE and price.

But there is no note saying that the warrenty will be for 2 years instead of the norm 1 year.

There is another pop up window saying that for extended warranty, additional $70.

Duno where can i find the free extended warranty?

I went to Alan Photo in Sim Lim Square on last Friday, and they have more than 20 pcs of F31 on the shelf. They quoted me S$580 with free 1G Byte of XD card ( GST included ).

Finally got my F31 yesterday at MS Colour for $599, with the standard package.
The OEM battery i received is a N-95 2000ma one.

I see from dpreview one of the main difference is the LCD screen. Anyone compared the diff between F30 and F31?

Looking at F30 photos at iso1600, i believe the F31 iso limit at 800 will come very handy.
